By becoming a 'Friend of Mogo Zoo' you will be contributing to critically endangered species by funding vital breeding programs for animals such as the golden lion tamarin, the silvery gibbon, the red panda and the sumatran tiger.
Your contribution will also assist the zoo in the maintenance of existing exhibits, as well as helping to fund new developments.

Mogo Zoo aims to educate visitors about the world-wide conservation work that starts with each and every one of us.

ZOO SNOOZE 'Sleep with the animals'

Next time you organise that school excursion consider an overnight adventure at Mogo Zoo.

ZOO SNOOZE offers your students the unique opportunity to camp overnight surrounded by exotic species, staying in primitive tent-style accommodation.

Students will tour at night and learn about endangered animals followed by a BBQ dinner. In the morning the students will be awoken by the sounds of animals and served breakfast before their next adventure.

You will need to bring along a sleeping bag and pillow, toiletries and suitable clothing.

Zoo Snooze - (pre-booked with a minimum of 20 and maximum of 40, no concessions)
(Excluding school holiday periods)

* Years 2 & 3: 1 adult per 5 students are admitted to the Zoo FREE of charge.
Year 4 through to year 12: 1 adult per 10 students are admitted to the Zoo FREE of charge.

NIGHT ZOO (First Tuesday of each month during daylight savings)

Keeper for a Day Experience

Mogo Zoo is providing you with the opportunity for those who dare to wander into this intriguing world of exotic animals.

This unique behind-the-scenes experience will delight the senses as you encounter a range of animals from around the globe.

Cost: $550 - includes lunch with the keepers & entry
Age: 16 years plus

Meerkat Experience

Get up close and personal with our inquisitive and mischievous meerkats. You will have the opportunity to feed these playful creatures as they clamber and climb over you.

Cost: $80 (inc. GST) per person (plus admission fee) for up to 20 minutes
Age: 12 years plus

African Serval Experience

Get up close and personal with two of our African servals.
You will come face-to-face with these beautiful creatures as they frolic and play around you.

Cost: $200 (inc. GST) for 2 people (plus admission fee) for up to 30 minutes
Age: 12 years plus

Snake Experience

Would you dare hold a python or boa constrictor as it slithers over you? Well now is your opportunity.

Cost: $50 (inc GST) per person (plus admission fee) for up to 20 minutes

Red Panda Experience

Ever wanted to get up close and personal with a Nepalese red panda? Well at Mogo Zoo you can come face-to-face with these beautiful creatures.
